Flowers on Sunday & A Happy 4th!

It’s a gorgeous 4th of July today, although very hot!  We headed to the Farmers’ Market where I got some of the ingredients for a quick gazpacho as well as some beautiful peaches.

Here’s a bouquet of flowers specially created for today.July 4th 011From the market, I headed over to Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighbourhood for their annual 4th of July Parade, July 4th 026 complete with politicians, July 4th 024 cute children, July 4th 021 War of 1812 re-enactors July 4th 038 and lots of friends.   A long time pal with some of my pennants draped around him…July 4th 039
