I finally found an image of Mrs. Edward Claridge’s hat from the front. From the back, it reminded me of one of the alien spaceships from Dr. Who. Pretty astonishing!
Pamela... i was reading about the mother of the milliner who made this hat and she wore some hats to ascot that she couldn't fit into the car, and even one that wouldn't fit through the race course's gates!!!
