I saw the geese flying north. In the spring, this fills me with such joy and pleasure. In the fall, it is a melancholy sound. We went from 8°F on Tuesday to 78°F yesterday. And now the time has changed. Spring's coming!
Here in Kansas City we now have geese year round now (well maybe some fly souh. The lake near me always has many surrounding it, walking across the street, blocking traffic. It is pretty neat especially in the springtime when the little goslings are waddling behind.

Meg - I used to work near a lake and the geese would come in so low that you could hear the beat of their wings. It always gave me goose bumps. Ha!
