I've been laid low with vertigo, resulting in serious "seasickness" for the past two days, but I am feeling much better, in time for a busy day.
I am meeting up with Janet from JCB and some of her friends to begin this spring's Historic House Tours. Last year, I joined the group for a tour of Evergreen, and today, we're going to see Homewood on the campus of Johns Hopkins University. I will be writing more about this historic house. This evening is the Moroccan Party at McLainWiesand, and I have a great dress for the party. I was shopping and found a place that had some caftan-type dresses. As I was looking at them, a woman commented that they were just like the dresses she used to wear when she lived in Morocco! So I bought the dress for $10 and then bought $10 worth of rhinestones to make it sparkle a little. I found a fez for Mr. Big on Ebay and will be accessorizing it with a long tassel. I am sure today's going to be a lot of fun, but also need to find a little time to take a nap, so I don't get sick again.
