Blue Angels

I went to see the Blue Angels on Saturday.And I am going to see them again on Sunday. They were incredible!

    They are incredible, but so scary. I can't imagine doing what they do. Mary

      The most fun part is the way they sneak up on you. The four planes are in front of you doing spins and loops, and then the other one or two comes tearing in from behind, and you don't even know until it's overhead. One was so low that the landing gear was down!

      With the tall ships and the blue angels, it's quite a weekend. And the weather could not have been more perfect!

    Hello Meg,
    My goodness, how is it that I have planned my trip to Baltimore one week after all of this is taking place? Yet again, my timing is, I am afraid, less than perfect. Still, the prospect of visiting Baltimore and seeing and experiencing all it has to offer, both familiar and new, is something I am looking forard to with pleasure! Reggie

    I had dinner next to the entire Blue Angels team back in the 1990s in Nashville, TN. They were in town for an airshow. I walked over and asked them what I'd have to do to get a ride in a fighter jet. Their answer? "Join the Navy." Funny guys! I love to see them fly.
