From the Guardian:
North of Beziers in the Languedoc, this is the perfect spot for those who want a restful retreat at a relatively low price. You can choose from two 18th-century small stone houses situated in an ancient hamlet. Each has flagstone floors and exposed beams, two small bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. But with magnificent views over the Orb river valley, you won't want to be inside, but out on the terrace. On the market for £117,800 or about $186,300! Not bad! Here’s the link to details.
Lovely!

Love at first sight. Some 18th c. paintings, some abstract works, a great daybed with vintage textiles, warm rug, couple of comfy chairs and a round harvest table; upstairs: piles of French quilts; antique beds --I think I'm all set to go. Thanks. Mary
