ReplyDeleteI would move right in!
The only catch? The neighbors are in a Motley Crue tribute band ;-)
ReplyDeleteUmmm... yes please.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I'll take two. Hello neighbor!
ReplyDeleteLooks mighty wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThe trouble is...have you ever stayed in a grand manor house?
The heating leaves A LOT to be desired.
Best not to leave the bed ever!!!
Now the garage might do very nicely...
PB... the first house where I lived in Wales didn't have central heat, or central hot water. If I wanted a bath, I had to start heating the water about two hours in advance!
ReplyDeleteThe castle where I worked was built in the 1200's and was freezing. We had baseboard heat in our office, plus a huge antique heater that sat in our fireplace. The bathrooms were in the old dungeons and we not heated at all!!!
Perhaps there is a nice hotel or B&B near by where we could agree to meet. Golfers aren't really my thing.
ReplyDeleteThe house itself is amazing -the apartment is a work of...crap.....did you see it? Talk about total gut job! But you can't beat being in a grand old country house!
ReplyDeleteHow is it possible the such a fabulous outside could hold within its walls such a drab box???
ReplyDeleteMy God you need to put another 250 in just to make it worth it.
Alicia and AD... if you want to see scary, look at the Thorndon Hall link. Green background with yellow type. They must have gotten their 11-year old to do it.
ReplyDeleteWe could all club together and buy the flat...Cold?...What's cold?...Just put on another wooly jumper...
