Just happened to wander into Marshall's this afternoon... not really looking for anything special, just seeing what was new for spring, and partly because of this article in the Washington Post. I found this on the clearance shelf.
Wedgwood Henley Tea Pot. The Silver Henley Tea Pot features a striking black handle and topper. Original price: $250. My price? $7.00!!! Now I can go back to having a cuppa Earl Gray in the afternoons, and it will stay warm while I get distracted and forget to drink it.
Don't you just love Marshalls? They have some really great random finds there at such affordable prices! Your teapot is so chic! What an awesome find

ReplyDeleteWhat a find! Marshall's can really surprise you.
ReplyDeleteYes, please. At that price you can afford to have the tea shipped from Harrod's.
ReplyDeleteLovely!

ReplyDeleteWay to go!!! My Marshalls never has anything decent in their home dept.
ReplyDeleteLovely teapot...love the contrasting black handle and topper. I recently found two Cuisanart pans at Marshalls for unbelievable prices...and they were in excellent condition.

Beautiful lines on that!
ReplyDeleteYou have the best luck between Marshall's and the book thing! I can't complain though, I've gotten some great deals at Marshall's myself! They seem to be less picked over up in Baltimore though compared to DC. The best is the Marshalls / tj maxx in Pittsburgh, PA -i always get great deals while visiting family!
ReplyDeleteMarshall's and TJ Maxx are the bomb!
ReplyDeleteYou have the best luck. Truly. You have unbelievable design karma. All I ever find at those places is stretched out Ralph Lauren sweaters. I'm seething with envy.
ReplyDeleteMrs. B... please don't seethe! I can't tell you how many times I've never found a decent thing!
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing find - gorgeous!! It would have matched my kitchen perfectly!!
ReplyDeleteWho said the Pittsburgh Marshall's is the best? Are you thinking of the one on Greentree Road outside of Mt. Lebanon? Because I agree--that is the BEST Marshall's anywhere (and I've been to many!). Thankfully I can walk there from my mother-in-law's!!!
ReplyDeleteyou really got an awesome deal! Enjoy your tea.
ReplyDeleteWhich Marshalls? I moved to B'more two years ago this November and still haven't come across one ...
ReplyDeleteOh and I love your blog!! And The Book Thing ... isn't it just the most delicious thing ever?!
