The Misadventures of Mr. Tissue

My little guy, Robbie, has made a wee film about staying out of the sun! He’s actually not “my” guy, but one of the two sons of Andy, my housemate in Wales.

Andy is an artist and obviously, Robbie’s inherited some of him dad’s (and his mum’s) talents. His older brother, Johnny is equally talented, but with more of a scientific mind.

I hope that you will take a minute to watch this talented 10-year old’s message about staying out of the sun. He’d be thrilled if you left a comment, too!

  5. The most delightful thing I've seen in a while. This is precisely the reason I never leave home without my sunhat and a liberal slathering of SPF 30.

On another note, I do hope Connor is faring better. I don't know a lot about dogs but I know that cats (like people) don't appreciate change especially when they have no say in the matter. Some can become quite neurotic. Perhaps a visit to the vet is in order if other methods to calm his anxiety do not succeed. Just a thought.

    All the best.

God, please don't do one on smoking...

    How old is Robbie? Unbelievable.

  13. What a treat. I liked the special effects. Perhaps I could nominate him for an NPR science friday video of the week,--- this young man may enjoy the owl video by Mac Stone which can be found on Mac's web site (beautiful pictures too)--- I am not related to him but I appreciate the talents of our young people.

Loved the traveling tp roll, and the sound advice it conveys about the danger of too much Summer sun.
