old joke -- my house is so small, if I order a large pizza we have to go outside to eat it....
It looks to be about 11.5 feet wide (actually, the same as my house) but only about 2 rooms deep. It's less than 600sf, and my current house is 850+.
By now you've seen the current House Beautiful with amazing small, smaller and smallest ever spaces! After I finished reading and looking I felt it was a sin to have 2300 sq ft all to myself!Suzanne on St. Simons
I'm thinking...less stuff to dust, less floor to mop, cheaper mortgage. Sounds good to me.And if you want to see really small check out Tumbleweedhouses.com. That guy builds the tiniest of homes!
ok, making me feel better about my little railroad of a house set up.
Its tiny alright. I wonder if someone moved the door to make it so small. The windows are regularly spaced, and then that door is smooshed up against its front window. Tiny is good, but I'd want windows and this looks dark.
omg - that's hysterical!!!so sorry to hear your own house hunting fell through! anything else on the horizon???JOni
one up one down house. we have them.
I'm all for living simply and minimally. Who really needs all that space, stuff, and clutter, anyway?
Looks like if you spread out your arms you could touch both walls!
